Although Frisby's food never disappoints, the attention of this place is the worst I have ever received, first they said it took 10 to 15 minutes, it took them 30 minutes to deliver a classic combo with lemonade to take away and to top it off, when I asked them honey and White sauce they threw an envelope of each in my bag, for God's sake, I had never been treated that way in a store of this company, it has been a very bad experience.

Terrible service. They are not at all attentive when placing the order or delivering it. They delivered an incomplete order to me in two stages, which is unacceptable, especially considering that the second part took 30 minutes. The cashier person is very unfriendly. The Nuggets combo is a pittance for the 20,000 pesos it costs. A real robbery. It is preferable to eat at other restaurants in this shopping center, which although small, has better options.

Terrible service, the man at the cashier left and left us talking alone, after a while he came back and said he couldn't sell us, because they were going to close, when we had arrived more than 50 minutes before closing time
